COFFEE PACKAGING MANUFACTURING

We manufacture an assortment of different flexible packages for coffee. From pre-made degassing valve bags to high barrier roll stock, at COFFEE PACK we print, laminate and convert in a variety of substrates including PET, MET PET, foil, paper, nylon, BOPP, and EVOH among others. Films are also available in matte finish and with easy peel sealant. Special care is taken during the manufacturing process to conform to customer individual specifications. Coffee Pack is 100% customer oriented and all structures are custom made.

PRE-MADE BLANK COFFEE BAGS

COFFEE PACK manufactures coffee bags with and without degassing valves. Available in an assortment of stock colors. Low minimums available on custom print and private labels. Center seal, corner seal, quad seal, stand-up pouch, and pillow bags available.

BRICK PACK COFFEE PACKAGING

COFFEE PACK manufactures brick pack film for a variety of coffee roasters. We can produce low minimum for private labels or millions for national brands. Our proprietary brick pack films offer the puncture resistance and oxygen barrier required to keep coffee at its freshest.

FRACTIONAL PACK / POD FILM

COFFEE PACK manufactures 2 and 3ply film structures for fractional coffee including food service, in-room and office coffee services. Available in a variety of stock colors and sizes. Low minimums available on custom print private labels.

COMMERCIAL COFFEE ROLLSTOCK

COFFEE PACK has been manufacturing flexible packaging for decades. Specializing in customized high barrier film structures, our proprietary films run successful on a variety of form-fill-seal machines including Bosch, ICA, Opem, Matrix, among many others. Available in 3” or 6” cores and up to 32” outer diameter.
